CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You are able to cancel an appointment by calling the clinic and leaving a voicemail, by sending us an email, or directly through your Jane App account. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee up to 100% of the visit. All fees must be cleared PRIOR to booking or attending another appointment. INDUSTRIAL ALLIANCE is currently experiencing technical difficulties. As of December 9, 2025 we have not been able to direct bill to them. Patients will need to pay up front and submit their own receipt for reimbursement. Thank you for understanding.

Alex is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand what’s causing the issue. The combination of physiotherapy and massage therapy has helped reduce my pain and improve my mobility. I also appreciate that Alex explains things clearly and provides practical advice and exercises to support recovery between appointments. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for effective treatment and care.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Columbia Integrated. While the clinic is easy to book and has great parking, the quality of care from the RMTs was unacceptable. My first appointment was with Laura. While she was friendly and personable, the massage lacked the necessary pressure for a registered treatment. I actually left in more pain than when I arrived, leading me to cancel all future bookings with her. I decided to give the clinic another chance with Natalie, which was even worse. She spent the first 10 minutes on light 'compressions' that felt ineffective. When the massage finally began, the pressure remained non-existent. When I specifically asked for more pressure, she told me she was 'warming me up,' but then proceeded to use her elbows directly on my bones. Fearing she was doing more harm than good, I had to end the session at this point. To make matters worse, despite me ending the massage after approximately 25 minutes on a 1 hr session the front desk informed me that they had already billed my insurance for the full appointment. It is deeply frustrating to be charged for a subpar service that I had to terminate for my own safety. I expected much higher professional standards from an RMT clinic. Upon leaving I was told the Manager would get in touch with me in regards to waving the 20% in which I was to cover for this appointment. UHM, excuse me but I should also be refunded the other 30 minutes of the session that I did not receive... Well not only has NO ONE reached out about this. They have also not even contacted me about what happened, an apology, or any sort of update regarding the premature charge to my insurance. I am beyond disappointed. I will absolutely NOT be returning and I will be reaching out to my insurance directly at this point to tell them my situation. I DO NOT recommend this place. *My appointment was on April 7/26.”

“I had been dealing with months of intense neck pain, severe headaches, throbbing tension, constant discomfort. It was draining and affecting my quality of life especially my work. This clinic made a real difference. Dr. Shawn Cheng the massage therapist is extremely focused and precise. He doesn’t waste time or get distracted, he goes straight to the root of the issue and works it properly. Every session felt targeted and effective, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. Dr. Jason acupuncture He doesn’t just treat the pain, he explains what’s physically holding you back. He helped me understand which muscle groups were causing the problem and what I needed to do outside of sessions. On top of that, he provides helpful video guidance for stretches, which made a huge difference. This clinic goes beyond temporary relief they actually help you fix the problem. If you’re dealing with serious neck pain or headaches, I strongly recommend coming here.”
