“I've seen this location for years but never visited until now. I've been to several physiotherapy clinics around the Whitby/Oshawa area, but when I read Luciana's profile and saw her extensive experience, I knew I had to come here and book an assessment. Right from the start, it was clear that her assessments are unlike any others I've experienced. Luciana truly takes the time to ask in-depth questions and thoroughly understand the underlying issues. Her knowledge of body mechanics is exceptional, and her note-taking is impressively detailed. I've been to other places where the assessment lasts 10-20 minutes, and they offer a generic treatment plan. But Luciana's approach is a breath of fresh air. She genuinely invests time in understanding your needs and crafting a personalized program that addresses the specifics of your body. I wanted to let the owners know how fortunate they are to have someone like Luciana on their team. I've seen many physiotherapists from Toronto to Durham, and she is by far the best. “Absolutely fantastic place. Wow. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I went here after no luck with other places and in one visit, the physiotherapist figured out the cause to my injury. “Rick and his team are amazing! The RMT is fantastic easily the best I have had in a very long time! They are caring and compassionate and were able to help me heal ahead of schedule. Both my teenage kids have also used the Clinic for sports related injuries and have made full recoveries. I even felt good enough to recommend the location to extended family with great responses. “I have been using the services of the Brooklin Village Physiotherapy for a long time. First to treat injuries caused mainly at work, but also sports related. Most recently I have had both knees replaced, the care and treatment received has be excellent. Allowing me full use in a short period of time. “After a nagging injury wouldn’t heal, I contacted Brooklin Village Physiotherapy for a consultation. I was introduced to Jason Shi who took the time to listen, observe, assess and recommend a tailored rehabilitation program for me. After each visit Jason would assess my progress and modify my rehab and exercises based on my abilities and responses. He was always very positive, encouraging and supportive each and every visit, giving me the motivation and confidence to persevere through some difficult days and weeks on the road to recovery.
