“I highly recommend seeing Nethun for physiotherapy! I originally started going for neck and upper back pain (specifically around my upper traps). Right from the start, Nethun was incredibly patient. He took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood exactly which areas we were working on, what exercises we were doing, and how they would help my recovery. The entire experience felt very collaborative. He asked for feedback on the treatments and exercises, and adjusted them if it was something I was unable to do. He was always happy to make adjustments where needed. After every session, he made sure I left with the exact knowledge and tools needed to continue strengthening at home. “I’ve visited Athletic Advantage for both my daughter and myself due to knee issues—hers related to athletics and mine more health-related. In both cases, our physiotherapist was Nethun Ravichadran, and he was excellent. He took the time to truly understand our conditions and tailored treatment accordingly. The exercises he provided were simple to follow at first, then gradually progressed as we improved. He also used hands-on physiotherapy techniques that helped speed up my mobility recovery more than I expected. “I was looking for a physiotherapy clinic near me and found Athletic Advantage Physiotherapy and Wellness. I was very impressed after reading their reviews. I was having hip problems and was not sure what the problem was, but after my assessment Rohit was able to clearly identify the issue. He created a personalized treatment plan for my visits and provided tailored exercises that were easy to follow at home. “Outstanding to put it in one word. I am 22 years old and have been dealing with chronic pain since I was 18 due to a soccer injury. I could barely stand up, sit and was basically stuck in bed, lost so much muscle, muscle range/flexibility and my quality of life dropped significantly. During these 4 years I went to all sorts of therapy (e.g. osteo, chiropractic, sports physio, physio) and I never got better. I heard about this place from social media @athleticadvantagephysio and started in early February. What I first noticed about this place is that they actually care about the person and remember your symptoms weekly. The owner has so much applicable physio knowledge you know you’re in the right place. They give you an actual proper exercise plan to do at home or in gym which other clinics did not previously. It’s been not even 3 months and I am SO MUCH BETTER. I gained range/flexibility, gained strength and can finally do activities again and pain free.
