About Mrunal
Mrunal graduated with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from India, where she served as the Founder and Director of a rehabilitation centre and worked at a neuro rehab centre for hospitals.
She is a certified pre and post natal trainer (AFPA, USA) with experience treating a wide range of orthopaedic and neurological conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic conditions, and rehabilitation following strokes and acquired brain injuries.
Focused on making a positive impact in the community, she employs an open-minded, evidence-based treatment approach that emphasizes manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and education to help her clients achieve their goals, optimize their function, and return to the activities they love.
She is eager to advance her training in manual therapy and concussion management. Passionate about active living, she enjoys working with patients to achieve their personal wellness goals.
In her free time, she loves exploring new places and spending quality time with family and friends.
