Yura brings a strong background in movement and body awareness to her practice. She has trained in Chinese classical dance for more than 20 years and participated in cheerleading throughout high school and university, winning national-level championships. She also has more than 10 years of experience studying and practicing yoga, which further strengthens her understanding of posture, alignment, and body mechanics. In addition to her osteopathic training, Yura is certified in Traditional Thai Massage through the Bangkok Expertise Thai Massage Workshop and the International Association of Thai Massage.
