I have experienced a few ailments that prompted me to try acupuncture as a resort to getting better. Having not being familiar with the practice, the acupuncturist, Zoey definitely made it a welcoming experience! She is very knowledgeable and explained what I should or need to know. Well, after initial and subse treatments...each of my issues that I was experiencing improved by a huge amount to the point of feeling back to normal - she definitely has healing hands. Also, she's considerate, good clincal manners and very personable (easy to talk to)! Definitely would recommend acupuncture and Zoey.

I had a fantastic appointment with Alberto Lunati for Osteopathy. He helped me with sciatica and inflammation issues. Such a natural healer & I felt better immediately. I also saw Martin Siu for Traditional Chinese Medicine & he did acupuncture and cupping to improve my circulation. I felt he was able to explain the root issues & provide solutions that I can do at home as well. Wonderful place and I’ll be back soon !

Its hard finding a great massage therapist. Judy is absolutely exemplary. Shes kind, knowledgable and really takes her time while checking in. Will be back again. The facility is also probably the cleanest and coziest massage place Ive ever been to. Well worth the money

JCJ Massage is incredible. Every masseuse I’ve had has been exceptional. I highly recommend JCJ Massage. It’s clean, well operated, well decorated, and inviting. The music and lighting during the massage is so relaxing. The masseuses I’ve had so far are Cassis, Jade, and Judy, they are all highly skilled, welcoming, and have helped with my back, neck, and shoulder pain. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommend.

I had such a positive experience with Cassis at JCJ Massage. As a post-stroke patient, finding someone who is not only skilled but also patient and understanding is incredibly important—and Cassis exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She even offered me water right away, which was such a simple but thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the entire visit. Cassis took the time to listen and truly understand my condition and needs. Her approach was gentle, attentive, and very professional. I never felt rushed, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. The environment at JCJ Massage was also warm and inviting, with beautiful Easter decorations that added a special, uplifting touch to the space. It made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Cassis to anyone, especially those recovering from injuries or dealing with medical conditions. Her kindness, patience, and expertise make her stand out, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received.

I recently had a 60-minute massage with Cassis and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I first arrived, there was no one available to greet me or guide me through the process. I wasn’t asked if I needed water, to use the washroom, or even informed that the therapist would be with me shortly. This lack of basic client care set the tone for the rest of the visit. From the moment I entered the room, the session felt rushed and lacked professionalism. There was no proper intake or assessment. I was only asked a vague question about what I wanted, and no effort was made to understand pain points, sensitivity, or pressure preferences, which is a basic expectation for any massage. The massage itself felt unstructured and ineffective. The first half of the session consisted mostly of repetitive rubbing on my back, and the second half on my legs, with very little attention given to my hands or feet. There was no effort to identify or work through areas of tension or knots. The technique felt superficial and lacked therapeutic value. Despite requesting lighter pressure, the technique used, particularly repeated finger pressure, felt more like poking than therapeutic massage. It resembled a dough-like kneading motion that was sharp and uncomfortable rather than controlled or intentional. Additionally, the therapist’s hands felt quite rough and abrasive against my skin, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Instead of relieving tension, the overall approach aggravated it, and I left feeling more sore and less relaxed than when I arrived. Additionally, the therapist spoke throughout the session and seemed distracted, which further took away from the experience. At one point, she mentioned not liking her job, which raised concerns about the level of care being provided. Another issue was the lack of professionalism at the end of the session. Immediately upon finishing, I was rushed to pay, with little opportunity to provide feedback in a comfortable or private way. Given that I was alone in the space with the therapist, I did not feel at ease expressing my concerns in that moment. Overall, I felt that I wasted both my time and $130 on a service that did not meet basic expectations for a registered massage therapy session. I have had many massages before, and this was by far one of the least effective. After my visit, I came across another review describing nearly the exact same experience, which is concerning and suggests a pattern rather than a one-off situation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as clients should be able to expect a safe, professional, and therapeutic experience.

One of the cleanest clinics I have ever been to. This is also where I met the best massage therapist who helped me with my condition. She was very friendly and accommodating, and she helped me a lot with the pain I’ve been going through by doing deep massage. I am very grateful for that. I chose the right clinic :) and I highly recommend Cassis if you are looking for someone who truly knows what they are doing. Not to mention, I also recommend Nicole and Zoey if you’re looking for good and dedicated acupuncturists. Everything I need for my condition is all here, so I’m very grateful for that. GOOD JOB!

Rim ALLAOUI · Google · 23 Mar 2026

I booked a deep tissue massage expecting targeted, therapeutic work, but this was far from it. I came because of the good reviews I saw on Cassis but I am extremely disappointed. There was no proper assessment, no questions about any pain areas, or pressure preference, any therapist would normally take 5min at the beginning to ask so they accommodate the session. This is very concerning especially if the patient is someone who actually has serious issues. The session started immediately after I I was invited to the room, with only a vague “where to focus?” prompt to which I answered « shoulders ». The massage was entirely superficial (on a scale from 1 to 10, it was about 2 in terms of pressure) and never approached true deep tissue work. There was no effort to locate or work through knots, which the essence of a deep tissue massage, no sustained pressure, and zero engagement with deeper muscle layers or fascia. It felt more like oil being spread on the skin than an actual treatment. The therapist was constantly tapping which was annoying, disruptive and unnecessary, moving my body from left to right without any therapeutic purpose. Instead of relieving tension, the hands passing in the surface repeatedly just aggravated it. Also, the therapist’s hands felt like a scrubber, harsh, abrasive, and actually painful on my skin throughout the session. The friction was so uncomfortable that it became distracting, yet I hesitated to say anything in the moment. My skin, particularly around my upper body, still feels sore from this. Within the first 10 minutes, it was clear the practitioner lacked the skill to deliver deep tissue work. I stayed, hoping it would improve, accepting how harsh the skin of her fingers and hands was, but it did not. At the end, I left feeling significantly worse, especially around my shoulders and scapula, and am now seeking medical care tomorrow morning. To add to the frustration, I was only informed after the session that direct billing didn’t go through, this should have been addressed beforehand. Overall, this was one of the most ineffective and disappointing massages I’ve ever experienced! I left in more pain than when I arrived, with increased tension and physical discomfort, which is unacceptable for any bodywork session, and now in tears because that’s not how I imagined my Sunday’s massage. To answer the owner’s comment: 1) Within 5 seconds of me getting out of the room, the therapist handed over the machine for me to pay. She asked « you good? » I said « good » with frustrated perplexed feelings. You need to know that for the sake of my safety, given that it was only her in the center, I wasn’t planning on confronting her to say I wasn’t happy with this massage, but taking this feedback to the owner. The therapist did not ask for any feedback, was barely talking, and her mood and vibes were awkward, so I wasn’t safe to share the feedback. 2) However, the attitude of « you pay and go claim » was aggressive, no safe space and she was almost glued to my body with the machine to pay. So I had to bring how disappointed the massage at the moment of payment. 3) I have all the right to share feedback, whether before of after payment. 4) If you go back to the cameras, you will see that first of all, upon getting out of the room my was very frustrated. 5) What you call « inappropriate » regarding the therapist’s hands is also inappropriate for a patient to suffer from the friction between her hands and the body. If you ask your therapist, she would tell that the 2nd time she touched my face I completely removed my face because it was unbearable. This feedback, again, was not shared with the therapist to not offend her, but I wouldn’t imagine people accepting to come to this center and be happy with this. 6) No, it’s not common in the industry for an RMT to have this type of roughness in the hands. 7) I mentioned over phone that the therapist didn’t make any effort and no pressure was applied, that she might be going through a bad day, but her bad day shouldn’t cost me my health nor my money.

Had a fantastic RMT session with Judy! She was kind, attentive, and very skilled. I immediately felt relief after. It was also my first time at this facility, will definitely return. It was clean, immaculate and inviting.

I had a postnatal Tuina massage with Andy yesterday, and it was truly amazing! As a new mom, I’ve been dealing with a lot of physical discomfort and tension, and Andy’s expertise made such a difference. The pressure was perfect—firm enough to relieve tension but gentle enough to feel incredibly relaxing. Andy’s technique was tailored to my postnatal needs, focusing on areas where I needed the most care. I felt immediate relief, especially in my back and shoulders, and by the end of the session, I felt lighter, more relaxed, and rejuvenated. If you’re a mom looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist to help you recover, I highly recommend Andy. I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism he provided and will definitely be booking with him again!
