Viola Wong is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
Viola obtained her bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Guazhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she received a comprehensive education in both theory and practice. She then furthered her studies and completed her master's degree in acupuncture at Hong Kong Baptist University.
Throughout her career, Viola has gained valuable experience working in hospitals and clinics in China and Hong Kong for over 6 years, treating a diverse range of patients and addressing various health concerns. Her clinical experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and techniques.
Viola has also pursued additional certifications to enhance her skills and broaden her scope of practice. She holds certifications in pain management, oncology, pediatrics in Chinese medicine, community psychiatry, facial acupuncture and gynaecology. These certifications demonstrate her commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field and providing the highest quality of care to her patients.
While Viola has expertise in various areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine, her primary focus is on women's health care. She has a special interest in helping women achieve optimal well-being through holistic and natural approaches. Viola is dedicated to providing personalized treatment plans that may include herbal medicine prescriptions, acupuncture, facial needling, TCM massage therapy (Gua Sha), cupping and lifestyle recommendations. Viola strives to create a warm and supportive environment for her patients. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, thoroughly assess their conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs.
