Vicki Lynn Foshay is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist and the owner of Peaceful Presence. With more than 30 years of nursing experience, she provides compassionate, personalized psychotherapy to adults throughout Windsor–Essex County and virtually across Ontario. Vicki offers a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, explore what may be keeping you stuck and begin creating meaningful change. Her nursing background allows her to take a holistic approach, supporting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your well-being. She works collaboratively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, addiction, eating disorders, health concerns, major life transitions and other challenges affecting their quality of life. Vicki meets you where you are, honours your unique experiences and helps you develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and well-being—at a pace that feels right for you. Vicki believes every person has the ability and deserves the opportunity to heal. She would be honoured to support you as you work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
