Varinder Puri graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and in 2009 with a Masters degree with specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He has over 15 years of experience in the hospital, polyclinic and community setting and as a Assistant Professor in a Physiotherapy College. He is competent for treating clients with Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, Sports Injuries and Geriatric conditions. He has a strong background in helping patients to reach maximum physical, emotional and functional capacity to improve quality of life. He is a highly compassionate professional who is committed to building positive rapport with patients. He interacts well with clients/patients from diverse backgrounds and with his sense of humor and stories he helps to alleviate the worries and tensions of his clients. He has been treating patients with sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and joint/muscle pain and dysfunction. He also has experience in treating patients with chronic pain. His treatment techniques include Dry needling/IMS, Manual therapy, Myofascial release, Muscle energy techniques, Trigger point therapy, Cupping, Correction of Posture & movement patterns through Therapeutic Exercise Therapy. Varinder has an amiable disposition and is an excellent team player, who gets along with his colleagues and superiors alike. He has a smiling face all the time and is a jovial guy. He spends his leisure/spare time travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends. He can communicate fluently in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
