“Varinder is truly a gem! I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past couple of months for persistent pain in my chest, left arm, and back that had been bothering me for over 4 months. I had visited the hospital several times and even tried a couple of other physiotherapists, but I still couldn’t find the real cause of the issue. Then I found this place, and meeting Varinder made all the difference. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to truly listen and understand your concerns. From my very first session, he was able to identify the root cause of my pain and guided me with the right treatment plan. “I’ve been coming to Guildford physio for over six years. I have done Physio, massage and Acupuncture treatments. Tony is my physiotherapist and he has consistently been a trusted and professional therapist. He is warm, attentive, and experienced. The clinic was just expanded. “This physiotherapy clinic has recently been renovated, so it looks much cleaner and more organized than before. The front desk staff are also very friendly and responsible. In particular, the therapist Tony has been excellent—after a period of treatment with him, my shoulder pain has significantly improved. “Very unprofessional and unexperienced front desk lady who works on weekdays. The only thing she does is “Hi, have a seat”. I don’t think she is even needed there as the doctors and their other staff is good enough to handle everything.(for so less she does) It’s been my second time the experience was bad with her. I waited for half an hour in the waiting area to be called in. I understand it may be busy but there is no communication at all to the patients waiting. Atleast I guess it is her part to let the patients know if wait time is more than 15 minutes. I had an appointment and still this happened. I had the leave the clinic without any treatment as I had another job to go to. When I communicated that I can’t wait anymore, she didn’t even utter a sorry for such a long wait, instead said “bye take care!” The audacity she has. Clinic has a policy of charging the patients if they don’t show up. How about the other way around? I feel like clinic should hire the front desk lady who works over the weekend to be a full time one. She is quite good and on top of things and far better in communication. Doctor Rajee is really nice and professional. I loved having sessions from her. She is knowledgeable and works very hard to make the patients better in any way she can. It is sad I will not continue with sessions anymore nor will recommend the clinic to anyone because of poor front desk service.”Read moreShow less

“I absolutely love this clinic! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My physiotherapist Gagan truly listens and understands my concerns, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. On the occasions when he isn’t available, I’ve seen Carol a couple of times, and she’s been just as supportive and attentive. I feel well cared for every time I come here.
