About Vanessa

Vanessa began her education journey at McMaster University with an undergraduate Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health & Aging. She furthered her studies as she traveled to Dublin Ireland to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at University College Dublin where her passion for rehabilitation and health promotion continued to grow.
Vanessa’s clinical practice focuses on a variety of orthopedic conditions. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, creating individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She focuses on providing evidence-based care using a variety of techniques, including hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue release, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), taping, and modalities. Vanessa uses exercise prescription and education to support patients' recovery and long-term health.
Vanessa lives for her next travel adventure, loves hiking, cuddling with her dog, rollerblading and hot yoga. She is always on the hunt for a good oat latte!
