“If you suffer from PCOS flare-ups, I cannot recommend this place enough. Katie has played a huge role in helping me manage my symptoms, and I have seen incredible improvements. “Going to align has been an amazing experience I go see Stephanie for osteopath. She is an amazing person. If you’ve never had osteopath it is something to experience. I feel so relaxed when leaving my session with her. I also go see Vanessa for physiotherapy Vanessa has been wonderful. I just had knee surgery two weeks ago and she was able to fit me in just before the new year to work out the pain that I have been experiencing.
