About Tiara

Tiara pursued Registered Massage Therapy to help patients recover from injuries, reconnect to their bodies and improve resilience and strength to prevent further injury. Tiara also completed studies at Brock University with human anatomy and biomechanics being her favourite courses. She is a certified personal trainer as well as an athletic performance coach. She has been a competitive athlete in rugby, field hockey and olympic weightlifting and has experienced countless injuries which helps her to understand and facilitate the rehabilitation process for her patients. Tiara enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries. She has experience successfully treating overuse & sport injuries, postural dysfunction, concussions and post-operative care. Tiara uses several modalities including deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, dry needling to relieve tension. Tiara believes in an active approach to treatment and will use Neurokinetic therapy & exercise prescription as an assessment to discern the best course of action for a patients treatment plan.
