“The pricing is definitely on the higher side, but based on the care I received, I felt the cost was justified. I previously tried physiotherapy elsewhere for a fraction of the price, but received fairly limited care and saw very little improvement. My experience here was completely different. The initial appointment included a full hour of careful assessment, and all of my concerns were addressed thoroughly rather than focusing on only one symptom. The physiotherapist took the time to understand the underlying issues and clearly explain what they were finding. I also noticed an immediate improvement after the manual treatment, including less tension in my hamstring and better range of motion. The care felt attentive, thorough, and personalized throughout. Although it is expensive, the quality of the assessment and treatment made it feel worthwhile.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Mackenzie for a year now. He's treated several injuries of mine, including a big toe fracture and plantar fascitis. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I especially like that he does acupuncure, which has been beneficial for me. Highly recommend him as a PT!”Read moreShow less

“Had my cast removed right before a two-week vacation, so was a little nervous about rehabbing while away. Started working with Mackenzie right away, and he was able to adapt the treatment plan to my situation and gave me the tools and confidence to keep at it. I gradually regained full strength and mobility - and made a full recovery. Super grateful and satisfied with the care I received. The front desk was also always super helpful and easy to work with around scheduling.”Read moreShow less

“I worked with Mackenzie R. after getting injured in my half marathon prep. With only a few weeks until my race, his care and guidance were critical to my recovery. After the race we had a few more sessions and he helped me gain better knowledge, flexibility, and mobility.”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience with my physiotherapist Masha and highly recommend her. She has been helping me with my hip pain, and I’ve seen real improvement since starting treatment. Masha takes the time to explain each exercise very carefully, making sure I understand proper form and purpose, which is making a big difference in my recovery. Her hands-on approach, including stretching and manual therapy, is both professional and effective. I always feel better after each session. What really stands out is her excellent follow-up—she genuinely cares about progress and checks in to ensure I’m staying on track. Overall, a knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated physiotherapist. Five stars!”Read moreShow less

“I have consistently attended physio appointments since October 2024 to restore and enhance my ROM (Range of Motion) and functionality due to post OP surgery for a fractured Humerus. My physiotherapist Laurie has been very supportive and dedicated to helping me reach my physio goals. From the initial assessment, Laurie, tailored a detailed and specific plan of care that met my needs. I very much appreciate her receptive, and considerate manner when answering my questions, concerns, and suggestions when revisiting my plan of care. In addition, her instructions and follow-up pertaining to at home exercises are clear, concise, and motivate you to continue to keep going. Laurie is an outstanding physiotherapist! Furthermore, the reception/admin staff have been nothing short of excellent! They are very patient and always willing to help and accommodate with scheduling appointments! Rebalance is a great place to go to get better and be better! Honestly, you will not be disappointed at the care you receive and the multitude of services they provide for your convenience, each and everyday under one roof.It is an amazing clinic!
