Theo is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and holds a background in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. With a lifelong involvement in sports and physical activity, he takes a practical, patient-centred approach to care, focusing on identifying the root causes of pain and movement limitations through thorough assessment.
Theo values clear communication and strives to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment. He works collaboratively with patients to develop effective, individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, improve function, and support long-term health.
Having worked with athletes and active individuals, Theo understands the physical demands of both training and everyday life. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active through regular gym training and playing soccer.
