About Teresa
Teresa is a passionate physiotherapist, dedicated to providing quality treatment and personalized care to help you reach your goals. She obtained her Masters in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University and prior to this completed her Kinesiology and Health Science degree at York University.
Upon graduation, she completed training to become a Certified Rebound Therapy Practitioner. Currently, Teresa continues her education through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Program, developing her manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills. She enjoys working with people of all ages and has experience working in paediatrics. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active through pilates, pickleball and strength training.
