“Paul and his team at MVMT Physio are amazing. Paul has been my physio since before he founded MVMT. He has helped me through my imbalances (sitting too much) and my martial arts and Hyrox training. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, with his focus on manual therapy. The space itself is modern, open, and inviting. “I had a really positive experience . My physiotherapist (Meghan) was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. I appreciated how she made sure I understood my exercises and felt comfortable doing them on my own. Just after one session , I felt 50% better with my pain . The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.”

“Our family has used the Physiotherapy services a number of times for our teenage sons and have been very happy with the results. As soon as we walk in we are warmly greeted by Paul or another team member and then brought in for our appointment, which is always on time or a few minutes early. Our boys have worked with Meghan, Physiotherapist who has made a big difference with our boys and their arm injuries due to baseball. Very happy with our experience and will continue to visit for future needs.”
