Teagen was raised in Osoyoos and has continued to reside in the Okanagan region. She attended
the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and graduated in November 2024. In May
2025, she became a certified Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Teagen employs a diverse range of therapeutic techniques in her practice, including myofascial
release, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, patient education, and
personalized home care. Passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, Teagen understands the physical demands that activity can place on the body. She looks forward to supporting you in
