I am a clinical counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. My background in health care and experience supporting individuals and families through complex medical and life challenges has shaped my commitment to compassionate, client-centred care. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from attachment-based and evidence-informed practices while honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive, and neurodivergent-affirming space where clients can explore patterns, build insight, and develop meaningful coping strategies. I support adults, children, youth, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
