Tara graduated from the University of British Columbia in both Vancouver and Kelowna. After graduating with her Masters in Physiotherapy and returning to her hometown of Kelowna, Tara has completed her certification in Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture. Tara has a special interest in orthopaedic and sports injury prevention. She believes in a more hands on approach to therapy, including joint mobilizations and soft tissue techniques, while also incorporating specific exercise programs to promote recovery and movement quality.
Tara has a great passion for the outdoors and spends her spare time playing semi-competitive volleyball, hiking, camping, running, snowboarding, and dirt biking. She enjoys volunteering her time at the Bear Creek Motocross track and at Arenacross events around the interior of BC.

“Tara Kramer is amazing ! She fixed my shoulders so I can sleep again. She has fixed my chronic hip and sciatic pain. Do your body a favour, and go to Wave Physiotherapy. The receptionist is also caring, professional, and remembers your wants and needs. Five stars !”Read moreShow less
