“Eric is a very knowledgeable and caring physio and I’m grateful for his help! After months of pain and reduced mobility, I felt relief on my first visit with Eric. He mainly uses manual therapy, exercise therapy, and IMS for my issues, and he has so much experience and many different therapies that he can draw on. I’ve been working a “desk job” for many years and he has helped me understand how my body can do better long term and find ways to make that more comfortable. He has also helped several people I have sent to him and we all feel the same! The front staff are amazing! They have gotten to know me quickly, down to remembering whether I want my receipt emailed or not. They are so friendly, kind, and always helpful and efficient. “Keith Brewster is one of those rare people who truly embodies what it means to give back to the community not in a "flashy" way. I initially came to him with a shoulder injury which had been bothering me for a while and he managed to help me relieve the pain substantially. More recently I asked for help with some lower back pain and had the same experience. He is consistently patient, listens well, answers any questions, and provides excellent guidance for next steps. “I have had the good fortune to be treated by Tara Kramer at Wave Physio over the past several years for a variety of injuries. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and knowledge not to mention the great results in getting me healed and back on track. She is well skilled in dry needling techniques and offers an exercise regime to get you back to your activities quickly.
