About Sydney

Sydney’s passion for physiotherapy grew from her love of movement and her care for supporting others. She takes the time to understand each patient’s experience and goals, creating a collaborative approach to recovery. Her sessions often blend hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise. Sydney completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2023, following a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2019. With a background as a varsity field hockey athlete and group exercise instructor, Sydney brings energy and experience to her practice. She encourages patients to find the type of movement that feels best for them — whether that’s strength training, yoga, sport, or simply enjoying everyday activities. Sydney values working with a wide range of injuries, but especially enjoys supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation (such as ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff repair). Sydney has also pursued additional training in manual therapy, running-related injuries, hand therapy, TMJ disorders, concussion rehab and external care pelvic health. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find Sydney playing with dogs or exploring local restaurants, cafés, and parks!
