Hi there, my name is Steve and I am a registered clinical counsellor. I was born in Scotland, but moved to Canada from the UK as a child. I have lived most of my life here in BC, although I worked abroad for a few years in Asia and South America. I am happily married and my wife and I have a four-legged companion we call Luna. As a trained clinical counsellor focused on serving men and couples, I help clients better understand their challenges and find new paths to positive change. My gentle and relational approach to therapy offers a safe space of trust and acceptance that encourages my clients to be self-compassionate, to consider fresh perspectives on their problems, to learn new skills and strategies, and to practice courageous honesty with themselves and with others. I provide online counselling from Monday to Thursday in the evening and in person counselling on Saturdays. I look forward to connecting with you!
