IMPORTANT NOTICE: Aster Wellness will be CLOSED for in-person appointments from Saturday August 29th until September 7th due to renovations in the office. Aster will be open again as of September 8th!
Cancellation policy : If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we need 24 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled within the cancellation period will be charged through your credit card on file. We will offer and encourage to switch to a virtual appointment when possible. *A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.

Services : We offer in-person and virtual options for Counselling, Naturopathic Medicine, and Nutrition Counselling sessions. Both treatment options are available in our online booking. Bowen Therapy is in-person only.

“I do not recommend this practice for couples counseling. After only a few joint sessions, our counselor suggested we move to individual counseling. Following my partner’s private session, she came home and asked for a divorce. She later told me that the counselor guided and steered the conversation in that direction. My understanding of couples counseling is that the therapist should remain neutral and focused on helping both partners explore solutions together not influencing major life decisions in private sessions that directly impact the relationship. This experience felt one-sided and deeply damaging. For men considering couples counseling here, proceed with caution.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend not to use their services. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance and they canceled it on the day. Then charged a big amount on my card for appointment they canceled. I had to chase them down to refund my money. They are not allowed to misuse my card information which they collected for their own security purposes when the appointment never took place. “Went in for Naturopath services with Dr Vanessa Lee. She was very kind and listens very well and takes notes of all your issues. She helped me find a problem I have been trying to figure out for years. Very talented and honest.
