About Stephanie

Hello, my name is Stephanie Cruz and I graduated from the MacEwan University massage therapy program in 2006. After working for 4 years as a Massage Therapist I returned to school to get my nursing degree. I worked for 5 years as a nurse then took some time to be a stay-at-home mom. Throughout that time I kept up with my massage skills, and my passion for massage and healing has always remained with me. I am so happy to return to the profession I love. I am qualified in therapeutic and relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and chair massage. I enjoy working with clients to improve a specific muscular concern. Through my yoga practice I have also become aware of how much stress and anxiety can decrease muscular health. I look forward to working with clients to improve not only their physical well-being, but also their mental well-being. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, reading, baking, swimming, traveling to the mountains or anywhere warm, and taking yoga classes. I look forward to meeting you!
