More than 2 hours notice: Half the treatment fee (unless we can fill the spot)

Less than 2 hours notice: Full treatment fee (again, waived if we can fill the spot)

Should there be a late cancellation or no-show, as per our policy, your card will be charged without notice.

Your well-being is important to us, and we understand the need to stay home when you’re sick. However, we do have a cancellation policy: Please don’t feel pressured to “power through” your appointment; your health and the health of our therapists matter. We appreciate your understanding!
