I am creative, former artist, who is interested in working with releasing trauma and unexpressed emotions stored in the body.
I have completed an extensive 5-year training program in Gestalt psychotherapy, and a background in equity and women’s studies that, along with my life experience, allows me to be open to a broad range of clients and situations. I approach all of my clients, however unique with the concerns they may feel, with deep respect, wonder, and ability to deep dive to the root of their suffering.
