“Excellent center, phenomenal Osteo. I've been coming to Pneuma for a while now. I've had acupuncture sessions with Jun, and he's great and very knowledgeable in what he does. But I recently did a few sessions with Sam, the Osteopath, and I was blown away with his ability to ease my pain and understand it. I have had chronic pain in my back, neck and shoulders, and he managed to ease it. He has the ability to find the source of your pain and gently address it... the relief is gradual. Sam is a genuine and caring practitioner. He is not doing this for money or fame, but he truly wants to help people. If you're ever on the fence about trying Ostea treatment, give Sam a try. I promise that Sam will leave you better than he found you. Update - July 2026: I continue to see Sam throughout. But I recently tried out Physiotherapy with Sobia Shaikh and I have to see I am floored by my experience. From the very first intake session, she thorughly examined me to check for nerve related issues. I have only done 3 shock wave therapy sessions with her so far and I have never felt this good! She works on the chronic conditions that usually slightly improve temporarily when I have a massage. But with her treatments I have never felt so good! Sam and Sobia are an incredible team of practitioners. I could not recommend them enough!”

“Sam is a game-changer. I started seeing him a year ago for severe back pain, and thanks to his expertise, humor, and genuine love for life, I’m now living pain-free. His treatments have been consistently effective and uplifting. Just recently, my wife and I brought our 2-month-old son in at the suggestion of an IBCLC. Sam was incredible — calm, knowledgeable, and so gentle with our baby. Our little one left smiling and relaxed, and we felt completely supported. “Sam is magic. Sam is amazing. Sam is awesome. Can't say enough for the person. I had a tennis elbow and have been crying in pain for over 5 months. I have been to various doctors, physiotherapist and what not, but to no avail. I meet Sma who helped my wife with her Sciatica pain. He helped when she had given up all hopes, Sam is just pure magic. He helped her and we could instantly see the different. I went to him with my elbow in pain and wearing a full Armour size brace. By the end of the session I was moving my arm with no pain or fear. “I started coming here to work with Sam this summer. Ive had many injuries and daily discomforts from playing college hockey and within a few sessions Sam helped fix all of them. Not only did he help fix my existing issues but he also helped me find new ways to better my body through different workout and exercises as well as small things I can add to my daily life that can help me feel better.
