IIrina brings over 10 years of experience working with clients with chronic illnesses, sports injuries, as well as everyday impairments, pain, and tension. She is trained in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point therapy, pre/post-natal massage, and deep tissue massage. She is also certified in Metrix Repatterning which is a form of manual therapy that applies to the deeper part of the body, such as the skeletal framework(bone) and the dense fibrous tissues (fascia) associated with the internal core structures.
