Sophia, a 2022 Massage Therapy Diploma graduate, is dedicated to client well-being. With a nursing background, she fosters therapeutic relationships and tailors treatments to individual needs.
Sophia is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, and trigger point therapy. Her expertise addresses chronic pain, muscle issues, restricted motion, pregnancy and more. Certified in Thai massage, she continues to expand her skills to offer optimal relief for chronic pain, injury recovery, and relaxation. Whether clients seek stress relief or relief from aches, she strives to make them feel rejuvenated.
