About Randi

Randi grew up in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from Briercrest College and Seminary, followed by a B.Sc. in Communication Disorders, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, both from Minot State University. Randi has experience working with children of all ages as well as adults. Her passion for early development began at the young age of 16 when she began working in the Special Education classroom in her high school. This passion grew stronger while working as an Early Childhood Educator where she loved supporting children as they learn and grow. She believes that when families feel supported and involved, children are better able to reach their full potential. Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, Randi enjoys partnering with children of all abilities and looks forward to building strong, meaningful connections with the families she serves. Outside of work, Randi loves spending time with her eight nieces and nephews. She also enjoys colouring, cooking, and getting out into nature whenever she can.
