“I've never had vestibular rehab before, but I was desperate to solve my balance issues, which have been worsening. Shannen was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the tests she used to check me out. She explained everything clearly, and she sent me home with balance and eyework exercises to help me with the issue.
