“I was a client of Shannen's a few months this past fall and as a result was able to correct the pain in my hip and lower back. Her assessment and treatment of the problem was awesome. The exercises she gave me to do between visits made a huge difference in my walking and sleeping. I walk for a living currently and have been able to return with very little discomfort. It also has assisted in my skating with hockey and refereeing. I was also a client of Shannen's for both shoulders in 2018 and 2023. She was very helpful with the exercises she provided for my home routine. I would highly recommend Shannen as a very caring and professional physio! Thanks Shannen!”

“I had a physiotherapy appointment with James Petts and was very impressed from start to finish. The clinic is in a lovely neighbourhood centrally located without too much traffic. There is plenty of parking and the clinic is nice and accessible and not too busy. The ambiance is very bright and cheerful - not like a hospital at all. I was greeted by James, who was very pleasant. The appointment was thorough and friendly. I was particularly impressed with my treatment plan was emailed to me with an online portal through which I can review and see demonstrations of all the exercises. The receptionist was very friendly and I appreciated that my invoice was emailed to me so that I can easily upload it to my insurance provider. A great experience through and through.”

“I came to Skye Health about a year ago due to a shoulder injury that I had been living with for years. I met with Stjepan and he was extremely easy to talk to and full of knowledge. He was able to break down exactly what was happening and give me simple exercises to do at home. At the beginning I was barely able to put my arm up behind my back, now I can do sets of pull ups with the support of a rubber band and so much more. I never thought that my shoulder would go back to the way it was. I regret not going sooner. Thanks Stjepan”

“I started going to see James at Skye health for a shoulder issue and have already seen such amazing improvement! James has been helping me to focus on my movements and improving the strength and mobility in my shoulder as well as addressing other underling issues that have been contributing to my shoulder. In addition to the great service you can also easily book online and see their availability which is so handy when you don't have time to call but still need to book an appointment. I would highly recommend them!! Great place!”
