About Sara
Sara is a Registered Massage Therapist with a treatment style that blends therapeutic care with deep relaxation. She naturally works with moderate to deeper pressure while adapting each treatment to the individual needs and preferences of her clients.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that effective therapeutic work does not have to feel aggressive. Sara has a particular interest in nervous system regulation and creating an environment where clients can slow down, feel comfortable and allow both the body and mind to settle.
A lifelong learner, Sara has expanded her massage therapy education through training in Table Thai Massage, Indian Head Massage, cupping, IASTM, hot stone therapy and facial acupressure and cupping. She is also a Reiki Master and enjoys exploring the connection between therapeutic bodywork, relaxation and holistic wellness.
Sara welcomes open communication throughout treatment and encourages clients to ask for the pressure, warmth, quiet or other adjustments they need to feel comfortable.
And if you fall asleep on her table, she considers it a compliment.
