“I’ve been a regular patient here and usually had very good experiences. The chiropractor has always done a great job in the past. However, my last visit on August 29th was disappointing. The appointment only involved acupuncture, with no adjustment or other treatment. I spent about 15 minutes with needles in my back, and then was told the session was done. “Very professional staff. Anissa Rawlings-Kalas is the Most Amazing RMT /Yoga / Rikki Specialist. Very Energetic full of Life. This is where u get the World Class treatment u come in feeling down n broken n u come out refreshed re - energies n feeling new. “Massage therapist Lauren Jeannette never showed up for our appointment and I never received a call or text from her advising she could not attend the appointment or apologizing for being a no-show. I waited over 30 minutes with the receptionist telling me Lauren is on her way until she finally looked at me and said she didn't know if Lauren was coming in. If the roles were reversed, Lauren would have charged me for being a no-show but I have nothing but my time wasted. Will never go back to Lauren or this location. “I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Windsor and I have recently taken part in Dr. Nguyen's Functional Cupping Therapy course. I found it very informative, my questions were answered thoroughly and we were given enough time to practice during the course. Dr. Nguyen was patient and very laid back which made me more comfortable throughout my experience. I found that they were very knowledgeable in the subject and it was definitely worth it to attend. “There are not enough words to express how amazing this office is. Everyone in the office is full of sunshine and love. They’re so welcoming, always make a point to truly ask how you are and listen. I have never had issues with my insurance (as they direct bill for most insurances). Always have openings and if not, they’ll make time for you. “I visited Nguyen Chiropractic and Rehabilitation for the first time yesterday and had a massage from Lauren Jeannette. The experience was incredible. Not only did I feel welcome from the moment I walked in the doors I also received one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. I highly recommend Lauren. I felt like she was reading my mind during the message. She was very attentive to what my body needed and I felt very relaxed, comfortable and safe in her space. Lauren is an excellent massage therapist and I can’t wait to go back. I am an athlete, runner to be exact and I tend to hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders.
