About Sandro
Originally from Croatia, Sandro Rajic has spent the past 17 years helping people move better, recover more effectively, and perform at their highest potential. His approach blends strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, movement education, and performance coaching to help clients build lasting foundations for health, resilience, and longevity. Sandro holds a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning (2019), a Master of Science in Sport Science (2023), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He works with individuals of all backgrounds, from those recovering from injury to athletes looking to optimize performance. His areas of expertise include sports performance across all sports, with a particular focus on dance, golf, racket sports, and soccer. He also specializes in rehabilitation of the ankle, knee, hip, back, and shoulder, as well as performance-based breath mechanics. Sandro is especially passionate about understanding how the body organizes movement and helping clients improve efficiency, reduce pain, and unlock their full potential. He continues to expand his knowledge in neuroscience and breath mechanics to further enhance the care he provides. Sandro believes that every movement tells a story. His naturally curious mindset allows him to look beyond symptoms, uncover the root causes of movement challenges, and guide clients toward meaningful, long-term improvements. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, he tailors each session to their individual goals. Outside the clinic, Sandro enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching soccer, and continuing his education—he's always eager to learn something new.
