Hello! I'm Sabine and I'm a psychotherapist with PACE Counselling. I offer therapy sessions virtually via online video or by phone. Our encrypted platform ensures privacy and security so you can access mental health support in the comfort and safety of your own home. As a therapist, I treat a variety of mental health issues for children or adults. I specialize in in working with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, suicidal ideations, post-partum mood disorders, occupational burnout and relationship challenges. I believe that it takes great courage to reach out for support and to share your story. In our sessions we can explore any difficult thoughts or feelings you may be struggling with and work towards your own unique goals to facilitate positive changes in your life.
