Rebekah Golec graduated from Mount Royal University in 2020 with her 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma, and has been passionate about helping people ever since. What Rebekah loves most about massage therapy is the opportunity to empower her clients, validate their pain, and use a creative, individualized approach to treatment. She believes that no two people are the same, so every treatment is tailored to meet each person's unique needs. She has a special interest in cervical massage and postnatal care, and especially enjoys helping clients who experience tension headaches and migraines. Rebekah has also completed additional training in cupping therapy, TMJ dysfunction, concussion rehabilitation, and trauma-informed care, allowing her to provide thoughtful, well-rounded treatment for a wide variety of concerns. Known for her bright, bubbly personality, Rebekah strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every client feels comfortable, heard, and supported. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to relax, she's committed to helping you move and feel better with care that's tailored just for you.
