“Rochelle was the only physio able to help my mom with her knee pain. She has been instrumental in helping me and multiple family members with so many different challenges, acute injury, chronic pain. Rochelle is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in multiple modalities. More importantly, she and her team are incredibly encouraging, caring and compassionate people! Appointments can be long but worth it!!”

“My daughters are both high level athletes and they’ve been going to Rochelle for many years and she’s helped them through some serious injuries. I love weightlifting and unfortunately I’m quad dominant so I’ve managed to bugger up my knee and then I ended up with bursitis in my groin. I went to Rochelle for both injuries and she really worked me. The next day, I was more sore then when I went in, but by the second day, it started to feel better. By day 5 I kind you not, I was about 90% better. She showed me how to adjust certain movements so I have better form. During the healing process, I was still able to train but I just listened to my body, I was cognisant of my form and if I felt a little pain, I backed off. Now I’m as good as new lol. The plus is, Rochelle has an amazing personality.”

“I have been seeing Rochelle for over 10 years and I trust her immensely with my health care. I have referred dozens of friends and family over the years who have all become regular patients of hers too! She is so personable, listens to your concerns and is able to diagnosis so many issues. She is the most caring person and will go above and beyond to ensure your health problems are taken care of. Kennedy the office manager is also such a breath of fresh air with her upbeat personality.
