I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba and over 20 years of experience supporting adults and teens (15+). I provide virtual therapy and work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized goals that support personal growth, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships. My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, integrating emotion-focused, relational, and holistic perspectives to meet each client’s individual needs.
