“This was my second visit and it will be my last. I booked a massage with Allison Ungurian and had a terrible experience. I asked for more pressure multiple times throughout the session at least 10 times and although she acknowledged it, the massage stayed extremely light and ineffective. Communication was not the issue; I was very clear. Despite the spa saying they value feedback and client comfort, nothing changed during the session. “The environment is quite calming from the moment you walk in. It's professional yet comfortable. I've only been massaged by Sara Martin, the owner. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. When I've interacted with other staff they were very friendly and welcoming, as well. I've been a client with Anchor Massage Therapy since before it changed ownership, and I can honestly say the customer service has greatly increased.
