About Patrick
Patrick Payne is a North Vancouver-raised chiropractor with a background in kinesiology, sports rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal care. He completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC before earning his Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, where he spent three and a half years in private practice.
Patrick uses a movement-focused approach, combining chiropractic care, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. His sports medicine experience includes on-field coverage across rugby, cricket, and surfing events in Australia, along with athletic training work with the North Shore Warriors Hockey Academy since returning to Vancouver.
He has substantial ICBC experience and is well set up to take on post-MVA patients, including neck and jaw involvement, from day one.
