Pamela completed her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology through the University of Alberta. She has additional training and supervision in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-based counselling, the Gottman Method, Clinical Hypnosis, and Somatic-based therapies. Pamela approaches all clients with deep respect and understanding for unique perspectives, concerns, and strengths. She values how each client has a different journey and goal for counselling.
Pamela provides individual and couples counselling for adults.
