“I've had very good experience with Kells Counselling. From the Admin staff to the Psychologist I was seeing, I've been treated with nothing but compassion and respect during some of my difficult times. During my time at University, I faced some incredibly challenging life events that made life extremely difficult to cope with. However, after starting sessions with a Psychologist at Kells, this individual helped me with seeing things in a different perspective and taught me the skills to cope with the events that occurred. Going to Kells genuinely changed my life for the better. Kells has helped me to overcome a lot of my negative feelings and helped me become more strong(mentally). In addition, Pam(admin/reception at the time)was lovely to deal with. She always made my billing needs a smooth and easy process.”Read moreShow less

“Kells Counselling offered me unique service options for my psychological needs. I participated in a group course called "RESET" and it helped me so much to gain clarification and move forward in a more healthy, confident manner. The therapists running the program were intuitive, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Kara, Emily K. and Kells!!”Read moreShow less

“Kells practicum student therapists were amazing for the young adults in my world to experience therapy in an affordable way. They all spoke very highly of their time with Olivia and Megan and are seeing the benefits still. I highly recommend accessing counselling with this agency.”Read moreShow less

“Kells has been a key factor in better understanding my high-needs child. Through her counselling and play therapy, and parent coaching along the way, overall the services and supports at Kells have been truly life changing. Kells’ Assessment department is top-notch as well. My partner received an assessment that gave him insight into his needs and how his brain works. This 1 time assessment has changed his life! I would recommend Kells’ services to anyone in my life - group programs, assessment, family/couples, and individual counselling are all areas of expertise for the team at Kells!”Read moreShow less
