I help people reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom, release the patterns that keep them stuck, and return to balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically. My approach blends coaching, somatic work, parts work, inner child work, intuitive energy healing, brain retraining, ancestral healing, and mindfulness to support deep nervous system regulation and lasting transformation. Grounded in the divine feminine, I also help clients heal feminine wounds, awaken their innate creative power, and embody it as a path to wholeness and authentic expression. Today, I work with clients around the world through 1:1 sessions, courses, and retreats, guiding them back into alignment with their soul’s true rhythm. At the heart of my work is one simple truth: we all carry the ability to heal. Sometimes it just takes a gentle hand to help us remember how.
