About Niki
Niki is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She previously worked with the U.S. Suicide Prevention Hotline, providing crisis intervention support to individuals in distress. Niki has specialized training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Opioid Poisoning Response, and SMART Recovery for substance use. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief, and primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating
additional therapeutic approaches to personalize care. Niki is also trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and incorporates mindfulness and stress-
management techniques into her work. She is an active member of the BCACC and an ICBC and CVAP-approved provider.
