“After a car accident in March 2025, I was referred through ICBC to my Occupational Therapist, Sasha Galve. I was going through a very difficult period both physically and emotionally, and on our very first meeting I honestly was not in a place where I was open or comfortable with a new person entering my life and care. However, Sasha approached everything with remarkable patience, empathy, and professionalism, and gradually built a level of trust that completely changed my experience. Over time, she became far more than just a therapist to me. She was a consistent and reliable support throughout my recovery journey. She stayed closely involved in my care, regularly checking in on my physical and emotional condition, treatment progress, and overall needs. She maintained clear and ongoing communication not only with me, but also with my doctor, ICBC adjuster, and other healthcare professionals involved in my recovery. One of Sasha’s greatest strengths was her ability to coordinate all aspects of my care. She ensured that my treatment plan was aligned across all providers and that nothing was missed or overlooked. She also played a key role in supporting my return to work, making the process smooth, well-structured, and significantly less stressful than it could have been. Even after I returned to work, she continued to support me, staying in contact and helping me navigate any challenges, including commute-related concerns and adjustments back into my routine. At no point did I ever feel unsupported or alone in the process. Sasha is not only highly knowledgeable, well-educated, and fully competent in her field, but also genuinely compassionate and deeply committed to her patients. She made me feel consistently cared for and supported, as if someone was truly advocating for my best interests at every step. I am extremely grateful to her for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness throughout my recovery. “Came in with a back injury and had an assessment with RMT Karl. Best massage I’ve ever had. Followed right after with acupuncture with Jae who was so full of care and compassion I could’ve cried. Great experience and great treatment recommended by my favourite Crown Diamond Wellness occupational therapist Sasha. “This is my go-to wellness centre and my favorite RMT is Stella... I make sure I go every 1-2weeks for my routine RMT treatment. She is the best! She's very accommodating and kind. “I got hurt on shoulder and back due to work recently and having poor sleeping quality for over many years. Rose performed acupuncture to me for two times, my pain level decreased a lot. I am really appreciate her care. Amazing, needling is not really painful. I can sleep now. She has well-experience in acupuncture over 20 years. She is very nice and caring. “I've been going to this place since they open. It's been several years now. The whole family and I have been using massage and acupuncture service. The staff is so knowledgeable , kind and always going above and beyond to help you feel better. They all know how to give you great advice to help your physical health and to suggest exercise. They take time to listen to your problems and do the best they can to help you achieve the best result. My youngest son has severe asthma problem and we've been seeing acupuncturist for that, and he's been feeling much better now. Mona, at the front desk is the nicest person ever. She always helps with bookings, cancelations, and direct billing. She is a very kind and nice and always willing to accommodate my family needs and busy schedule. Acupuncturist ,Summer and the lady that does massage, Christine are both so knowledgeable, experienced, and resourceful. No matter what problem you have they always help by 95% if not sometimes 100% for sure. They all care about your health, and they never push you to come if there is no need for that.
