About Niki
Niki Loyst, RMT | Myofascial Release, Somatic Integration & Embodiment
My work is about helping you tune in, release tension, and move with more ease.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in myofascial release, energy therapy, and somatic integration, working with fascia to unravel patterns held in the body. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, emotional stress, or seeking deeper embodiment, I create a space that is safe, inclusive, and affirming for all bodies.
I see the body as an intelligent system—one that holds tension but also knows how to heal when given the right support. I blend myofascial release, deep tissue work, and somatic awareness, always adapting to what your body needs. My ongoing studies in trauma-sensitive bodywork and nervous system regulation guide my approach, supporting you in finding balance and freedom.
Outside of my practice, I feel connection through yoga, bodywork, nature, and time with loved ones. I believe movement, connection, and shared experience with the land, our breath, and one another—are some of the most profound pathways to healing.
If you're ready to release, reconnect, and move with more freedom, I’d love to work with you.
If you can't find space in my schedule, hop on my waitlist here or visit my home practice at nikiloyst.janeapp.com for more availability.
