Welcome to our online booking page where you can make appointments for Shockwave Treatment, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Active Release Techniques (ART), Infant Massage & Reflexology.

“I have been going to Sarah Whiston for regular massage therapy for a number of years. From "Day One" Sarah was able to locate muscle knots and other issues that I may not have been aware of. She has an intuitive sense of just how hard to push and never goes beyond that, a rare skill I have not experienced anywhere else!
