Nicole is a physiotherapist who focuses on the small details in how runners move that make a big difference in how they feel. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia, and brings a sharp eye for how the whole body works together when you run.
During an assessment, Nicole looks at how each joint connects to the next and how movement patterns shape comfort, efficiency, and injury risk. Through the RunReady System, she ties footwear directly to your goals in a practical way that changes how you train.
She works especially well with beginners and runners who have had to stop because of injury or pain, helping them improve their movement, rebuild strength, and regain confidence. If you want clear explanations and a plan you can follow, Nicole is someone who makes the process feel simple and doable.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find her running or reading a good book.
